How a Vault Works

Three steps. Total clarity. No surprises.

01

Initiate

Create a Vault with the Specialist's wallet address, USDC amount, and a clear deliverable description. The Specialist must accept before funds move.

02

Lock

Specialist accepts the terms. Client funds the vault. USDC moves into the smart contract and is locked - no one can touch it until settlement.

03

Settlement

Work delivered - release funds to the Specialist. Not satisfied - request a refund, which the Specialist approves. Unresolved - escalate to admin arbitration.

Built for deals that
actually matter

Every vault is a standalone smart contract on Arc Network. Funds are held by code, not by us. Nobody - including ArcSentry - can touch locked USDC without the agreed conditions being met.

Non-custodial by design
ArcSentry never holds your funds. Every USDC is locked in your vault contract only.
Instant settlement
Release or refund executes on-chain in under a second. No waiting, no banking delays.
Dispute arbitration
Stuck deals can be escalated to an admin arbitrator. Funds stay frozen until resolution.

Built on Arc Network

Arc Network is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain built by Circle, where USDC is the native gas token. Every ArcSentry transaction - vault creation, funding, release, refund - costs fractions of a cent, paid in USDC.
